Print / Finishing Production Operator (Wide Format) – Temp to Hire

We are seeking an experienced Print Production Operator with wide format skills for a local client in Smyrna, GA. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with the potential for long-term placement.
Responsibilities:
Operate and maintain wide format printers (e.g., banners, signage, graphics)
Prepare files for print production (RIP software, color correction, scaling)
Load/unload materials and ensure proper alignment and quality
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment
Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
Meet production deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Finishing experience a plus
Requirements:
Experience with wide format printing (HP Latex, Epson, Roland, etc. preferred)
Familiarity with RIP software and design tools (Onyx, Caldera, Adobe Suite a plus)
Strong attention to detail and color accuracy
Ability to lift materials and stand for extended periods
Reliable and team-oriented with a strong work ethic
Schedule & Pay:
Full-time hours 2nd or 3rd shift (overnight)
Pay range 18.00/hr - 19.00/hr
