Responsibilities
- Run a solo daily route of residential window cleaning (and occasionally pressure washing) appointments
Why Customer Service Matters Here
This is not a "clean and leave" job. Every homeowner you interact with is a chance to build the company's reputation and your own earnings. We are a referral- and review-driven business — there is no call center smoothing things over after you leave. How you show up, communicate, and treat people directly determines whether a customer becomes a repeat customer, leaves a 5-star review, or refers us to their neighbors. Techs who take this seriously consistently out-earn techs who treat it as just a labor job.
Pay Structure
- $22 base per hour
- Revenue bonuses: additional bonus tiers at $700, $850, and $1,000 in daily route revenue
- $10 per verified 5-star review you generate
- 20% commission on any upsold services you close
- 100% Tips for all work completed solo
- Technicians average over $200/day working full time
Qualifications
- Reliable personal vehicle (required — you'll run your own route independently)
- Opporunity to grow into driving a company vehicle
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Comfortable working outdoors, on ladders, and in varying weather conditions
- Strong communication skills and a genuinely friendly, professional demeanor with customers
- Self-motivated — you'll be managing your own daily schedule and route with minimal supervision
- Prior customer-facing, sales, or service industry experience preferred but not required
- Physically able to lift equipment, climb ladders, and be on your feet for a full route day
- Must be available for daytime route work, Monday through Friday

- Leave every job site clean, tidy, and looking better than when you arrived

- Report any job issues, damage, or customer concerns immediately and professionally
- Maintain your own vehicle and equipment in safe, reliable working condition for daily routes
