Kid Power is growing, and we’re looking for an amazing Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our team in either a part-time or full-time role.
At Kid Power, we believe pediatric OT should be playful, relationship-based, neuroaffirming, and rooted in meaningful connection with both kids and their caregivers. We are a collaborative outpatient pediatric practice serving children from birth through young adulthood, with a strong focus on helping kids build confidence, regulation, participation, and independence through child-led, sensory-enriched care.

We’re searching for a Pediatric Occupational Therapist who:

Qualifications
Required:
- Licensed Occupational Therapist (Wisconsin license required)
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Commitment to family-centered care
Preferred (but not required):
- Pediatric outpatient experience
- Experience with sensory integration, feeding, regulation, or neurodiversity-affirming care
- New grads with strong pediatric fieldwork and a passion for learning are welcome to apply
