As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care by:
Providing direct nursing care according to individualized resident care plans
Administering medications, treatments, and physician orders
Performing resident assessments, wound care, and accurate clinical documentation
Monitoring changes in resident condition and communicating with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team
Supervising and supporting Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) during daily clinical operations
Collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure the highest quality of resident care
Delivering compassionate, resident-centered care that promotes dignity, comfort, and quality of life
Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing program
Active, unrestricted North Carolina Registered Nurse (RN) License
Current CPR Certification
Minimum of one year of Long-Term Care or Skilled Nursing experience preferred
Strong clinical, communication, and leadership skills
