About the Role
We are seeking a Data Center Project Completion Administrator to support the turnover, commissioning, closeout, and handover activities for large-scale data center construction projects. This role works closely with construction, commissioning, quality, engineering, procurement, and client teams to ensure all project completion documentation is accurate, organized, and delivered on schedule.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone with strong document control, commissioning support, turnover, or project closeout experience who enjoys working in highly organized project environments. You must have previous experience working in a data center environment handling project completion to qualify.
Responsibilities
Turnover & Closeout Coordination
- Coordinate project completion activities from mechanical completion through final handover
- Track turnover milestones and completion schedules
- Monitor system and subsystem completion status
- Manage punch list tracking and closeout activities
- Support project handover and owner turnover requirements
Documentation Management
- Compile and manage turnover packages
- Maintain as-built drawings, O&M manuals, commissioning documentation, training records, warranty information, and testing reports
- Ensure project records remain complete and organized
- Coordinate documentation between project teams and clients
- Prepare turnover dashboards and progress reports
Commissioning Support
- Support commissioning activities including L1-L5 testing and Integrated Systems Testing (IST)
- Coordinate with commissioning teams, quality personnel, construction teams, and client representatives
- Track completion status of testing and turnover activities
- Assist with commissioning documentation and reporting requirements
Process Improvement
- Identify opportunities to improve turnover procedures and workflows
- Support standardization of project completion processes
- Maintain accurate reporting and status tracking systems
Qualifications
- 3-7 years of experience in project closeout, commissioning, completions, or document control
- Experience supporting industrial, manufacturing, mission critical, or large commercial construction projects
- Familiarity with commissioning and turnover processes
- Ability to read technical drawings and documentation
- Experience with Procore, ACC, Bluebeam, SharePoint, Aconex, CXAlloy, WinPCS, or similar platforms
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- High attention to detail and documentation accuracy
Preferred Qualifications
- Data center construction experience
- Knowledge of UPS systems, generators, cooling systems, BMS, EPMS, SCADA, and medium-voltage infrastructure
- Experience supporting commissioning or project turnover activities
- Understanding of mission critical construction environments

Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour
