Responsibilities

Oversee daily front of house operations
- Lead by example and ensure adherence to Chick-fil-A Plymouth (MN) policies and procedures

Emphasize training and coaching for all front of house personnel

Ensure food service and safety standards are being met and maintained
- Deliver and lead by example in regards to remarkable service and second mile service for our customers

Maintain cleanliness and organization in the restaurant
- Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and store leadership
- Hold others accountable, adhering to Chick-fil-A Plymouth (MN) Vision and Core Values
Requirements

Must be able to lift 50lbs

Be at least 18 years of age

Complete and support projects and initiatives as assigned
- Complete repetitive tasks

Be able to perform all functions of the job physically

Be a good steward of restaurant resources
- Mentor and Coach Team Members, Supervisors and Coordinators
- Comfortable using a computer, apps and communication tools
