We are looking for an Assistant Manager, Experience who embodies the spirit of a brand ambassador and business leader, with a focus on delivering extraordinary, personalized experiences for our internal team and clients. As a critical driver of Team performance and Client experience, you will coach and manage a diverse team of salespeople, championing collaboration, accountability, and continuous growth. You will work closely with the Boutique Leadership Team —imparting knowledge, encouraging curiosity, and supporting ongoing improvement in Boutique efficiency. The Assistant Manager fully owns and drives the performance of Sales Assistants, empowering them to deliver elevated client service and meaningful connection.

• By consistently spending time on the selling floor, coach and inspire the team to deliver elevated, personalized client experiences—anticipating needs and exceeding expectations

• Provide initial and ongoing training and development for all team members—including CHANEL savoir-faire, product details, and service excellence—nurturing curiosity, accountability, and a passion for learning
• Analyze Boutique and Team member KPIs, thoughtfully propose action plans, and empower team members to achieve their goals in alignment with CHANEL’s vision and values
• Collaborate closely with the Training and Learning Manager to build customized learning support for Fashion Advisors, promoting self-reflection and continuous personal growth
• Represent CHANEL in the market with humility and authenticity—developing the client base through community involvement, partnerships with local high-profile businesses, and participation in social and seasonal events

What you will bring to the team:

• Excellent communication skills, modeling transparency and empathy
• Foreign language skills are preferred but not required

What skills you will learn:

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $105,000 through $110,000. Base salary is one component of the total compensation for this position. Other forms of variable pay [may/will] be offered for this position. Other components [may/will] include bonus potential, benefits, and/or perks .
