Cornerstone Therapeutic Services is in need of qualified therapists! The Outpatient Therapist provides outpatient therapy and related clinical services to adolescent and adult clients.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assess or provide therapy, counseling, intervention, and education to clients in a professional manner.
- Complete timely and accurate documentation that meets audited requirements.
- Assure continuous reimbursable sessions for assigned clients.
- Provide a comprehensive range of services to patients, including assessment and treatment
- Perform assessments on all clients' conditions as well as provide information regarding their progress toward goals and objectives.
- Provide therapy interventions that are consistent with established standards of practice.
- Implement and maintain the company's philosophy, principles, and procedures in all facets of performance.
- Provide services and conduct consistent with the professional Code of Ethics.
Requirements:
- Must be an LPC or a Resident in Counseling
- Planning and time management and strong organizational skills.
- Strong computer skills for documentation purposes.
- Ability to maintain confidential information within HIPAA guidelines.
- Ability to work independently without supervision
- Must possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Supervision is also available.
Job Types: Part-time, Full-time
Pay: $30.00 - $50.00 per hour
