The ideal candidate:
The ideal candidate is a closer. You've done phone sales before, and you know that closing may or may not come down to one great call — it's the follow-up regimen, the persistence to stay on a deal when it goes quiet, and the consistency to do it all over again every day. You genuinely enjoy talking to people. You understand the importance of identifying the "why" behind the sale. You handle objections without flinching, and you move a hesitant landowner to "yes" through informed decision-making, not pressure. You're driven not only by the thick commissions this role can pay, but also by the excitement of helping a client reach their own financial goal. NOTE: This is an in-office only phone sales / closer position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own every assigned lead from first contact through closing — speed from lead to deal is on you
- Provide management with detailed weekly updates on all leads that have a workable contract
- Attend all 1-on-1 and group coaching calls to keep sharpening your craft
- Take live transfers and set appointments with landowners to qualify and close deals
- Keep Salesforce (deal-management CRM) accurate and current for reliable deal tracking and gross-profit reporting
- Contribute in a team environment — give and receive feedback as needed
- Hit daily, weekly, and monthly deal-volume and projected-profit targets

- Office Attendance: Commitment to working 5 days, Monday to Friday, and on Saturday to maximize productivity and deal closing rate.
