The purpose of this position is to create software packages and application deployment methods which includes creating packages for MSI or EXE installers, writing task sequences for OS deployment, and configuring software updates.
This job works under general supervision, independently developing work methods and sequences.
MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

Requires a bachelor’s degree, vocational technical degree or specialized training that is equivalent to satisfactory completion of two years of college education.

Four years of Windows Server Operating Systems, Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange or related experience

Or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
SPECIAL CERTIFICATIONS AND LICENSES:

Must possess and maintain a valid state driver’s license with an acceptable driving history.

A+ Certification and/or a preapproved Microsoft Certification in a current desktop operating system is required within six months of hire.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Physical demands refer to the requirements for physical exertion and coordination of limb and body movement.

Performs sedentary work that involves walking or standing some of the time and involves exerting up to 10 pounds of force on a regular and recurring basis or sustained keyboard operations.
