In this role, you'll partner with local businesses to educate employers and employees about voluntary benefits that help protect families financially when life happens. You'll spend your days meeting business owners, building relationships, and helping employees understand benefit options that fit their needs.
Responsibilities
- Build relationships with business owners and decision makers in your community.
- Schedule and conduct appointments with local employers.
- Educate employees on voluntary benefit options.
- Learn our proven sales process through ongoing coaching and field training, which is paid.
- Negotiate deals, close sales, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales process
- Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software and sales management systems to track leads, manage accounts, and analyze sales performance
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, sales activities, and territory management efforts

Pay: $52,997.00 - $65,775.00 per year
