Position Overview:
As a Shift Leader, you will be in charge of the day to day operations creating an exceptional guest experience, and be a mentor to your #CRISPCrew. Managers need to be masters of the FOH and BOH while understanding how to impact and enhance our people culture. Shift Leader Duties and Responsibilities:
- In charge of day to day operations and management of restaurant
- Create and maintain a culture where teammates have the opportunity to learn and grow
- Recognize and reward excellent performance
- Quickly improve or remove low performers through coaching and documentation
- Motivate, inspire, and challenge team to consistently achieve and surpass company goals and standards
- Create an excellent guest experience through extreme attention to detail
- Connect and build relationships through the ability to resolve conflict in a prompt and professional manner
- Effectively communicate with restaurant team regarding changes to menu, policies, team member benefits, and more
- Control labor costs by writing and executing an effective schedule
- Live and represent the Crisp & Green brand day in and out
Job Requirements:
Minimum
- 1-2 years previous management/supervisory experience
- Able to lift 50lbs
- Able to stand for long periods of time and work in fast-pace environment
- Reliable transportation
- Strong organizational skills
- Attention to detail
- 18 years or older

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
