About the Role
Hello, Occupational Therapists! Ampersand Therapy is hiring a full-time Occupational Therapist (OT) for a K–12 school setting in Brighton, CO. In this role, you’ll play a critical part in student success by conducting evaluations, supporting IEP development, and collaborating with school teams. This is a great fit for both experienced school-based OTs and those transitioning into schools.

What You’ll Do
- Provide school-based OT services including evaluations, treatment, and consultation
- Conduct standardized assessments and write evaluation reports
- Develop and implement IEP goals aligned with student needs
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Support students’ fine motor, sensory, and functional skill development
- Partner with teachers, SPED staff, and families to promote carryover
- Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and compliance records
- Adapt materials and environments to improve student access
What We’re Looking For
- Active (or eligible) Colorado State OT license
- CDE Certification with Special Service Provider Endorsement (or ability to obtain)
- Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- School-based experience preferred, but not required
