Behavior Support Technicians
The Intensive Treatment Program (ITP) will include working with adolescents, typically 12 – 18 years old that are diagnosed on the Autism spectrum with mental health concerns and developmental or intellectual disabilities. The Behavior Technician- ITP in the residential setting is responsible for the delivery of evidence-based methods to support individuals with Autism and/or Intellectual Disability and mental health involvement. The methods include Applied Behavior Analysis approaches; classroom observation; observation in residential setting; data collection; supporting staff to implement individual behavior protocols and behavior intervention plans; and treatment integrity monitoring. In addition, regular assistance with personal hygiene tasks is required. Each individual also may be assigned to one or more special projects including administrative and organization tasks associated with these assignments.
Hourly Pay Rate: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
Education:
- Minimum: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Preferred: Associate’s Degree or Higher in Human Services, Special Education or School Psychology
Required License/Registration/Certification:
Preference will be given to those with the following credentials:
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
- Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA)
Overnight Support Technicians

Behavior Health Specialist
- Residential Treatment Facility

A Behavior Health Specialist (BHS) works with high-risk children in residential settings licensed by the Office of Child and Family Services (OCFS). These children and youth served range from infants to teens and require various levels of supervision, support, and intervention, as they work through and deal with the issues that have led to their placements. Our goal for children in care is to help them heal from the traumas they have experienced and learn better coping strategies.
- Hourly Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour

- Education
- 60 credit hours completed AND currently enrolled in 4-year degree program in Human Services or related field
