Stephano’s Greek & Mediterranean Grill is a locally owned fast-casual restaurant that has been serving the Las Vegas community for over 25 years. Our Fort Apache location is hiring dependable and personable team members to join our front-of-house staff and create a great experience for every guest.
Pay
$15 per hour + tips (average $3/hour)
Position Overview
As a Front of House Team Member, you’ll be responsible for creating a welcoming experience for guests while managing orders and transactions efficiently. This role is ideal for someone who is friendly, detail-oriented, and able to stay organized in a high-volume setting.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and provide attentive, friendly service
- Accurately take orders in person, over the phone, and for online pickups
- Process payments (cash, card, and digital) with accuracy
- Help guests navigate the menu and offer recommendations
- Package and double-check orders before handing them out
- Keep the front counter, dining area, and beverage station clean and stocked
- Restock supplies and maintain an organized workspace
- Communicate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service flow
- Follow all company standards for cleanliness and food safety
Requirements
- Dependable and on time for scheduled shifts
- Strong communication and people skills
- Able to multitask and stay composed during busy periods
- Comfortable standing for long periods
- Previous restaurant or cashier experience is a plus, not required
