About Reign-Bow Brain Treatment Center
Reign-Bow Brain Treatment Center is an innovative neuroscience clinic specializing in quantitative EEG (qEEG) Brain Mapping and Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS). We work with children and adults experiencing autism spectrum disorder, ADHD, anxiety, depression, PTSD, OCD, and other neurological and mental health conditions.

Position Summary
We are seeking an outgoing, highly motivated Physician Liaison / Director of Strategic Partnerships to serve as the face of Reign-Bow Brain Treatment Center throughout the Chicagoland area. Someone who drive is growth and foster meaningful collaborations within the healthcare ecosystem. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead relationship-building initiatives with healthcare providers, hospitals, and medical organizations, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. This is not a traditional sales role. Your primary responsibility is to build long-term relationships with physicians, therapists, hospitals, schools, and community organizations that serve individuals with neurological and behavioral health conditions.
The ideal candidate enjoys networking, creating meaningful partnerships, and opening doors that lead to long-term referral relationships.

- Schedule and conduct in-person office visits.
- Coordinate physician meetings and educational presentations.
- Organize Lunch & Learn events with our Medical Director.
- Introduce providers to Reign-Bow’s clinical services.
- Position Reign-Bow as a trusted resource following an autism diagnosis.
- Develop referral partnerships and maintain ongoing communication.
- Track referral activity and partnership growth using a CRM.
- Represent the company at conferences, networking events, and community programs.
- Identify new strategic partnership opportunities throughout Illinois.
- Develop and execute strategic outreach plans to establish and strengthen relationships with physicians, hospital administrators, and healthcare organizations.
- Lead negotiations for partnership agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms that support organizational growth objectives.
- Manage key accounts through proactive communication, tailored product demonstrations, and customized solutions presentation.
- Conduct product demos and technical sales presentations to showcase the value of scientific or medical equipment, emphasizing clinical benefits and operational efficiencies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align product offerings with client needs, providing feedback for product development and improvement.
- Utilize CRM systems to track interactions, manage sales pipelines, analyze territory performance, and identify new business opportunities.
- Drive outside sales efforts within assigned territories by engaging in face-to-face meetings, networking events, and industry conferences to meet or exceed sales goals.
Preferred Qualifications
- Healthcare marketing, physician liaison, pharmaceutical sales, medical device sales, healthcare recruiting, or business development experience preferred.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Comfortable speaking with physicians and healthcare executives.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Professional appearance and presentation skills.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
- Proven success in B2B sales within the pharmaceutical or medical device industry, demonstrating a strong record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Extensive field sales experience with a focus on scientific or medical equipment technical sales.
- Demonstrated expertise in negotiation, deal closing, and account management within healthcare settings.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing client relationships and guiding cross-functional teams toward strategic objectives.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint) and CRM systems for effective territory management and analysis.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills to facilitate client communication, product presentations, and internal collaboration.
- Knowledge of enterprise selling strategies in complex healthcare environments; familiarity with pharmaceutical sales is a plus.
Healthcare experience is preferred but not required. Candidates with proven business development experience and strong community relationships are encouraged to apply.

- Contribute to the growth of NeuroAxis, our clinical software platform, through strategic introductions and professional relationships.
