Generate leads for a minimum of 15 hours per week

Host two open houses each month

Provide consultations to buyers, secure signed buyer agreements, and assist in identifying suitable properties

Negotiate offers on behalf of both sellers and buyers

Utilize specialized technology to monitor and manage tasks and activities

Convert prospecting and lead generation efforts into scheduled appointments

Engage in weekly script practice sessions in accordance with team standards

Actively participate in team activities as required by team protocols

Advise sellers, secure listing agreements, and effectively market properties

Exhibit proficiency in pricing strategies, staging, and other services related to property listings

Holds a valid real estate license
