What You’ll Do as a Dietary Aide
Set up dining areas & tables to create a warm and inviting meal experience.
Deliver well-balanced meals while considering dietary restrictions, allergies, and preferences.
Clear trays, clean tables, discard leftovers, and maintain food stations.
Wash dishes & take out garbage to keep kitchen areas clean and efficient.
Stock ingredients & monitor inventory for meal preparation.
Follow strict sanitation & hygiene procedures to ensure safety and quality service.
Ideal Skills for Success
Attention to detail to follow dietary guidelines accurately.
Compassion & patience to interact positively with residents.
Strong communication skills to work as part of a team.
Time management & efficiency to handle meal services smoothly.
Requirements
No experience necessary—we will provide training.
Must pass a criminal background check through the State of MN.
