For more than a century, Scouting has been shaping the lives of young people through adventure, character-building experiences, and a commitment to values that last a lifetime. Since 1910, Scouting America has helped strengthen communities by building future leaders who are conscientious, responsible, and ready to make a difference.
The W. D. Boyce Council proudly serves over 3,500 Scouts and volunteer leaders across fourteen Central Illinois counties. From our headquarters in Peoria, we provide impactful youth development programs that prepare young people for life through real-world, hands-on learning.
