What You'll Do
- Diagnose, repair, install, and maintain residential and commercial plumbing systems
- Install water heaters, fixtures, gas lines, drain systems, sewer lines, and plumbing appliances
- Troubleshoot plumbing issues and provide long-lasting solutions
- Present customers with multiple repair and replacement options based on their needs and budget
- Educate customers on their plumbing systems and explain recommended repairs
- Complete accurate estimates and job documentation
- Perform plumbing inspections while ensuring compliance with local and state plumbing codes
- Maintain a clean, organized company vehicle
- Work closely with office staff and fellow technicians to provide exceptional customer service
- Mentor apprentice plumbers through our active trade training program
- Participate in a rotating on-call schedule (typically once per month or less)
- Represent AndPro Plumbing & Drain with professionalism and integrity on every job
QualificationsRequired
- Current Oklahoma Journeyman Plumbing License
- Residential and/or commercial plumbing experience
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to provide a current Motor Vehicle Report (MVR)
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
Preferred
- Service plumbing experience
- Experience reading blueprints
- Experience estimating plumbing repairs and installations
- Leadership experience or a desire to mentor apprentice plumbers
