Role Overview:
This is a planned position who is open to having a flexible schedule normally planned out weekly or monthly a head of time. The flexibility is normally fixed ours but sometimes are needed later in the day or the weekends depending on the work and family needs.
We are seeking a highly adaptable and organized Office and Family Assistant. This unique hybrid role is split between supporting our household and providing assistance at Envision Aviation's office. You will be an essential part of our day-to-day operations—helping to care for our toddler and twins, while helping at the house, and keeping our front office running smoothly by filling tasks needed. The ideal candidate can seamlessly shift gears between a professional corporate environment and a planned out family home.
Office & Administrative Responsibilities (Envision Aviation):
- Provide general administrative support at the office filling in as needed (training will be supported)
- Assist with basic data entry, filing, and organizing digital or physical records.
- Run corporate errands, such as picking up client lunches or dropping off documents.
- Assist the team with basic help, and ad-hoc office projects as needed.
- Filling in as needed for larger projects.
Childcare Responsibilities:
- Provide safe, engaging, and attentive care for our toddler and twins.
- Manage morning routines, meal prep for the kids, and packing lunches/bags.
- Some transportation for school drop-offs, pick-ups, and extracurricular activities.
- Maintain the organization of playrooms, children’s bedrooms, and kids' laundry.
- Filling in as needed
Household Responsibilities:
- Run household errands, including grocery shopping and more as needed
- Assist with light family meal preparation and keep common areas tidy (e.g., loading/unloading the dishwasher, laundry).
Requirements & Qualifications
- Previous experience in administrative support, as a Family Assistant, or in a similar hybrid role. Specific experience caring for multiple children simultaneously (experience with twins is a strong plus). Proficiency with basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace) and general tech-savviness.
- Valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and a reliable vehicle.
- Current CPR and First Aid certification.
- Exceptional organizational skills, a high degree of flexibility, and a professional, discreet demeanor.
- Comfortable around pets we have 1 dog
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
