We’re seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Janitor / Housekeeping team member to help maintain the cleanliness, sanitation, and overall appearance of dealership facilities. This role is essential to ensuring a welcoming, safe, and professional environment throughout showrooms, offices, service areas, and customer spaces. The ideal candidate is reliable, thorough, and takes pride in keeping facilities clean and well-maintained.

Clean and sanitize restrooms, offices, showrooms, breakrooms, and customer waiting areas.

Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain floors throughout dealership facilities.

Empty trash and recycling receptacles and dispose of waste properly.

Refill restroom and cleaning supplies as needed.

Clean windows, glass surfaces, doors, and high-touch areas regularly.

Maintain cleanliness of service drive and common areas as assigned.

Follow proper procedures for the use and storage of cleaning chemicals and equipment.

Report maintenance or safety concerns to Facilities or Management promptly.

Support special cleaning projects, events, or deep-cleaning initiatives as needed.

Uphold Power Ford’s standards for cleanliness, safety, and professionalism.

High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.

Prior janitorial or housekeeping experience preferred.

Strong attention to detail and cleanliness standards.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift (up to 50 lbs).

Dependable, punctual, and safety-conscious.

Indoor dealership environment with frequent walking, standing, bending, and lifting.
