WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
GUESS WHAT????? sweetFrog is HIRING! Would you rather smell the enticing aroma of waffle cones or stale grease?! Would you rather work in a cool environment, instead of a hot one? If you answered YES - Please read on! We are looking for new folks to work about 10-15 hours per week with open availability on weekdays and weekends!

Part-time Team Member Job Duties (what to expect while working).
-Properly greet, ring up and cash out guests.
-Answer store phone professionally (no more than 3 rings)
-Monitor 3rd party delivery tablets (UberEats, Doordash, etc.) for orders, process orders as received and enter order details into the POS
-Operate in store events (Spirit Night, Birthday Party, etc.) to ensure event meets customer expectations and regular customers are not impacted by event prep, cleanup, etc.-Maintain and replenish yogurt in machines according to procedures (regularly skim foam, pull product for freshness, check levels and top up, etc.)-Replenish toppings bar to ensure it always looks full and fresh. Cut and prepare fresh fruit as needed
-Make sure all serving supplies are stocked
-Make waffle cones in store daily-Clean yogurt machine internals per state and business policies and required schedules
-Clean and sanitize all surfaces according to state, local and business guidelines

-Monitor exterior of store to ensure glass, sidewalks, and store parking spaces if applicable are kept clean and tidy-Regularly inspect and clean restrooms

- restock supplies-Take out garbage as needed to prevent overflow
-Communicate with supervisor on issues that arise during shift
-Familiarize yourself with and follow all company policies, including but not limited to:
- attendance
- cell phone use
- uniform / dress policy (clean, in uniform, with hair secured)Business operations
-As a trusted key holder, open and close store according to standard operating procedures, including cash accounting for the register, petty cash, safe access, etc. A signed keyholder agreement will be required if assigned this responsibility.
-Properly put away truck orders making sure product is dated
-Monitor store ensuring that you are meeting safety and cleanliness guidelines
Business and COGS Management
-Perform regular food and merchandise inventory counts submit to your manager within 2 days of fiscal period close
-Restock toppings, cleaning or office supplies from local sources as needed and follow Petty Cash handling procedures for cash purchases.Grow sales and customers
-Consistently promote and grow guest loyalty program
