SUMMARY
The Ecommerce Order Management Associate is responsible for the administrative oversight and logistical coordination of all ecommerce orders. Ensuring a seamless guest experience, you will review new orders, execute complex process flows, and determine the most efficient location to source merchandise from our 70+ stores and vendors. This role is primarily focused on data entry, system-based order placement using the Salesforce Order Management System, and active communication with store teams to ensure guest orders are fulfilled accurately and on time. This is an opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment with bonus eligibility based on on-time shipments, inventory control, and ecommerce sales.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Process and track online orders daily using the Salesforce Order Management System to ensure order integrity and workflow efficiency.

Determine and execute merchandise sourcing logic by analyzing inventory across our 70+ stores and vendors to find the right merchandise for every order.

Work directly with store associates and vendors to place orders, provide updates, and troubleshoot any fulfillment delays.

Execute process flows to ensure that orders are routed to the correct locations and that all business rules are met.

Maintain and track inventory records regularly to ensure accuracy between our physical locations and our digital storefront.

Assist the Ecommerce Fulfillment Manager with miscellaneous administrative tasks and reporting as needed.

TECHNICAL SKILLS
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable with learning new systems
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
This role requires lengthy standing and movement to different departments throughout the building. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
SCHEDULE
This in-office position requires a willingness to work weekend hours during peak holiday (e.g. November-December) with schedule flexibility (e.g. work from home days) during non-peak seasons pending order demand. It is 40 hours per week with OT possible during peak times.
PAY
$18-$20 an hour
