As a Customer Sales Assistant, you ensure no detail is overlooked when a resident chooses FiOS. The Customer Sales Assistant develops expertise in our systems to audit configurations and manage customer onboarding while supporting the sales team. This operational diligence is a critical enabler for the sales team, building a reputation for flawless execution that drives future sales.
Core Functions of the Customer Sales Assistant
- Assist sales teams guiding households through service checks, confirming Verizon Fios installations are correct and reliable.
- Show customers how their Fios equipment works, highlighting benefits in everyday language to support confident sales.
- Promote bundled services, helping customers combine Fios and Verizon Wireless for maximum rewards and savings.
- Maintain accurate account information, ensuring billing, promotions, and service details are correct.
- Help address customer concerns quickly, preventing delays and reinforcing trust.
- Support community sales efforts by identifying areas ready for Fios expansion, aligning with growth goals.
Education & Experience Needed for the Customer Sales Assistant
- Experience in customer sales or administrative roles is a plus.
- Skilled communicator who can simplify Verizon Fios technology for everyday users.
- Highly motivated learner with the discipline to manage daily schedules and training.
