We are seeking a Labor & Employment Associate Attorney with 3–6 years of litigation experience to join a nationally recognized employer-side employment practice in Century City.
The ideal candidate will have strong employment litigation fundamentals and experience handling both single-plaintiff matters and class, collective, and/or representative actions. This attorney should be comfortable taking ownership of assignments, working with minimal oversight, and producing high-quality written work product.
Responsibilities include:

Handle employer-side employment litigation matters from early case assessment through resolution

Manage single-plaintiff employment disputes involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination,
and related claims

Support wage and hour, PAGA, class action, collective action, and representative action matters

Take and defend depositions

Conduct complex fact investigations and analyze employment-related issues

Research, draft, and argue motions

Manage discovery, case deadlines, and litigation strategy

Communicate with clients and collaborate with attorneys across the broader Labor & Employment platform
Qualifications:

3–6 years of litigation experience, preferably focused on employer-side Labor & Employment matters

Experience handling both single-plaintiff employment litigation and class, collective, or representative actions

Strong deposition, discovery, motion practice, and case management experience

Excellent legal research, writing, analytical, and verbal communication skills

Ability to take ownership of matters and work effectively with minimal oversight

Strong academic credentials

Active membership in good standing with the California State Bar

Compensation:
The anticipated salary range for this position is $265,000–$390,000 annually, depending on experience, qualifications, skills, and other relevant factors.
