Full-Time Residential Remodeling Technician / Carpenter / Construction Technician
Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour (Based on experience)
Overview
We're looking for a dependable, hard-working individual to join our team in a full-time residential remodeling position. We specialize in a wide variety of home improvement projects, so no two days are exactly the same. One week you may be remodeling a kitchen, the next you could be framing walls, installing flooring, repairing drywall, painting, or helping complete a bathroom renovation.
We're looking for someone who enjoys working with their hands, takes pride in quality craftsmanship, and wants to build a long-term career in the remodeling industry. You do not need to know every trade—we're looking for someone with a solid foundation in basic construction who is eager to continue learning.

What You'll Be Doing
Our projects include, but are not limited to:
- Kitchen and bathroom remodeling
- Interior and exterior painting
- Caulking and finish work
- Drywall installation and repair
- Framing and general carpentry
- Tile installation
- Flooring installation
- Demolition of existing kitchens, bathrooms, and other structures
- Basic plumbing and electrical work
- Cabinet and appliance installation
- Roofing repairs
- General home repairs and maintenance
- Job site setup and cleanup
What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate has experience with basic construction or remodeling work and is comfortable using common hand and power tools.
Minimum Qualifications
- Basic experience with painting and caulking
- Comfortable using drills, impact drivers, circular (skill) saws, and other common power tools
- Able to accurately read a tape measure
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical work throughout the day
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work well with others
Bonus Skills (Not Required)
Experience in any of the following is a plus:
- Drywall
- Tile
- Framing
- Finish carpentry
- Flooring
- Plumbing
- Electrical
- Roofing
- Cabinet installation
- Window and door installation
- Trim work
Don't worry if you don't have experience in every area. Very few remodelers do. We're looking for someone with a good work ethic, a willingness to learn, and a solid understanding of the basics.
