What is Hotpot? Hotpot is an Asian cooking method, prepared with a simmering pot of soup stock at the dining table, containing a variety of East Asian foods and ingredients.
Korean barbecue known locally as (고기구이) gogi-gui, “Meat Roast”, refers to the Korean cuisine method of grilling meat such as beef, chicken or pork, that you prepare yourself at your table. Our menu offers an extensive selection of fresh quality meats, seafood, noodles, and vegetables for Hot Pot and BBQ experience.
Overview
We’re looking for energetic, motivated team members to join our Front-of-House (FOH) and Back-of-House (BOH) teams. Whether you’re just starting out or bringing years of experience, KPOT offers a fun workplace with opportunities to grow.
Front of House (FOH)
- Host / Hostess
- Server
- Bartender
- Food Runner / Busser
FOH Responsibilities Include:
- Providing excellent guest service throughout the dining experience
- Greeting and seating guests, managing wait times, and answering questions
- Taking food and drink orders and delivering them accurately
- Maintaining strong menu knowledge and describing food and beverages
- Keeping the dining area clean, organized, and guest-ready
- Assisting teammates and supporting smooth service flow
FOH Qualifications:
- Experience is a plus, but not required for all positions
- Servers: 1+ year experience required (3+ years preferred)
- Bartenders: 1+ year bartending experience required (3+ years preferred)
- Strong multitasking skills and a team-first attitude
Back of House (BOH)
- Kitchen Assistant
- Dishwasher
BOH Responsibilities Include:
- Assisting with food prep and cooking according to KPOT standards
- Maintaining cleanliness, organization, and food safety in the kitchen
- Supporting inventory restocking and kitchen operations
- Collaborating with kitchen and FOH teams during service
- Helping wherever needed during busy shifts
BOH Qualifications:
- Previous kitchen experience preferred but not required
- Willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation is a plus
Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8–10 hours per shift).
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25–50 pounds.
- Frequent bending, reaching, and repetitive movements in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work in varying conditions, including heat, cold, and noise.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
