Position: Warehouse Worker – 1 Shift – Full time

Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and hard-working Warehouse Worker to join our logistics team. In this role, you will receive, input, sort, load, and unload products, as well as perform various warehouse activities. A successful candidate is physically fit, safety-conscious, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Receiving & Unloading: Unload incoming shipments, verify cargo against delivery receipts, and inspect goods for damages or defects.
- Inventory & Sorting: Organize and stock inventory in designated areas (shelves, racks, or bins)
- Order Picking & Packing: Accurately pick products from inventory lists, pack items securely for shipment, and label packages correctly.
- Loading & Shipping: Load outgoing products onto trucks or delivery vehicles safely to prevent transit damage.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate warehouse machinery (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks) after proper certification/training.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate logs, update inventory management software, and report any stock discrepancies to management.
- Safety & Maintenance: Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and free of hazards. Strictly adhere to all safety guidelines and OSHA regulations.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: Proven experience as a warehouse worker, picker/packer, or similar logistics role is preferred (but we are willing to train the right candidate).
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly, stand or walk for long periods, and bend, stoop, or reach comfortably.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with inventory software, RF scanners, or a willingness to learn digital warehouse management systems (WMS) and capable of using excel.
- Attributes: Strong attention to detail, good time-management skills, and a collaborative team-player mindset.
- Education: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- Qualified candidate must pass Background check
- 18 years of age
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
