3rd Shift Due Cutter Operator

Setup Die Cutting machine
-
Troubleshoot and make necessary adjustments to maximize production speed and quality
-
Follow all information on job paperwork
-
Fill out daily production log
-
Follow Quality guidelines for "in-process" inspection
-
Perform Preventative Maintenance as outlined in PM Program
-
Assist with Tooling Change-Overs
-
Clear Machine Jam-Ups
-
Deliver finished pallets to next department
-
Change out waste bins during operation
-
Perform any additionally assigned duties as requested
- Requirements for our Die Cutter Operators include:
-
The ability to read, speak and understand the English language
-
Follow procedures, specifications, and guidelines for the position
-
Work at an efficient production pace meeting all production expectations
-
Cross-Train in other areas as directed by the Shift Supervisor
-
Clean and maintain work area
-
Work overtime as required
-
Excellent team working skills
-
Communicate effectively (verbal and written)

Exercise accuracy in all functions of the position

Accept levels of responsibility and accountable commensurate with the position
