We're looking for passionate, dependable, and hardworking individuals to join the opening team of our family-owned neighborhood tavern. Whether you're an experienced kitchen manager, line cook, prep cook, or dishwasher, we'd love to meet people who take pride in great food, teamwork, and creating an exceptional dining experience.
As a family-run business, we know that every great restaurant starts with a strong kitchen team. We're looking for individuals who are committed to quality, work well under pressure, and are excited to help build something special from the ground up. We are currently completing a complete renovation and are hoping to open in fall of 2026!
We're Hiring:
- Experienced Kitchen Managers
- Line Cooks
- Prep Cooks
- Dishwashers
Responsibilities
- Prepare and execute menu items according to recipes and quality standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment.
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health department regulations.
- Work collaboratively with fellow kitchen staff and front-of-house team members.
- Ensure food is prepared accurately, consistently, and in a timely manner.
- Assist with food prep, stocking, receiving deliveries, and inventory rotation.
- Maintain cleanliness of all kitchen equipment, workstations, storage areas, and dish room.
- Complete opening, closing, and daily cleaning responsibilities.
- Communicate effectively with managers and teammates throughout each shift.
- Take pride in your work and contribute to a positive, respectful team culture.
