What You'll Do
- Serve as the first point of contact for our customers by answering phones and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Guide clients through each stage of their project with professional, friendly communication.
- Coordinate and schedule estimates and appointments while balancing multiple priorities.
- Work alongside our Office Administrator to organize and continually improve Peterson Painting's digital and paper systems.
- Prepare project documentation and assist with coordination between our office, estimators, and production teams.
- Perform a variety of administrative responsibilities that help keep our office operating efficiently.
What We're Looking For
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
- Strong organizational abilities with exceptional attention to detail.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and complex scheduling tasks.
- Excellent computer skills and the ability to quickly learn new software.
- Experience with Google Workspace, especially Sheets/Excel, is required.
- Ability to quickly learn many software and cloud-based business applications.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a desire to continually learn and improve.
- Ability to occasionally move and organize paint buckets weighing up to 65 pounds.
- Previous administrative, scheduling, dispatching, or office coordination experience is preferred.
- Experience in the painting industry is a plus, but not required.
What We Offer
- $20.00–$25.00 per hour ($40-$50k per year) based on experience and qualifications.
- Monday–Friday schedule with zero possibility of evenings or weekends.
- Full-time position (40 hours per week following part-time training period).
