Job Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Job Summary:
Yes ABA Therapy is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our dynamic team in Reisterstown, Maryland. Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive ABA programs tailored to the unique needs of each child, in collaboration with parents and other clinicians
Conduct assessments, behavioral analyzes, and data-based interventions to drive positive behavioral changes
Provide direct therapy services under the supervision of a licensed clinician
Collaborate with other team members to develop and implement treatment plans, ensuring continuity of care and effective communication
Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay current with best practices in ABA therapy
Requirements:
Board Certification by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) as a BCBA
Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field
Experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities
Excellent communication, observation, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Familiarity with evidence-based ABA treatment approaches and methodologies
