Position Overview:
We’re seeking highly professional, hospitable, well-groomed, and clean-cut security personnel with strong de-escalation skills, a flexible schedule, and a calm, composed presence in luxury settings.
Responsibilities:
- Provide protective presence and situational monitoring for high-paced nightlife venues across South Florida
- Maintain a visible and professional security presence throughout the venue
- Remain vigilant and composed in high-pressure situations
- Maintain flexible availability, including weekends, evenings, and late-night hours
- Demonstrate professionalism and discretion in all client interactions
- Assist with crowd control during peak hours and high-volume periods
Qualifications:
- Prior security, hospitality, or customer-service experience REQUIRED
- Valid security guard license REQUIRED
- Basic first aid/CPR preferred
- Strong communication, observation, and conflict-resolution skills
- Ability to work standing for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy; able to pass background check
- Eligibility to work in the United States REQUIRED
Preferred Qualifications:
- Background in law enforcement, military, or VIP/executive protection
- Experience working directly with high-profile individuals (celebrities, executives, etc.)
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, but not required
- Familiarity with personal safety protocols and luxury client expectations
Compensation:
Compensation is flexible and based on experience.
