Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance web applications using programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, Java, C#, and Ruby on Rails.
- Design and implement RESTful APIs to facilitate seamless communication between systems and services.
- Build scalable microservices architectures leveraging cloud infrastructure like AWS and Azure for optimal performance.
- Collaborate within Agile software development teams to plan, develop, test, and deploy new features efficiently.
- Apply system design principles to create reliable, maintainable, and high-performing software solutions.
- Utilize version control tools such as GitHub, SVN, and Git for code management and collaboration.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines to automate testing and deployment processes ensuring rapid delivery of updates.
Skills
- Extensive experience in software development with proficiency in multiple programming languages including JavaScript frameworks (React Express), C++, C#, Python, Java, and VBA.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure components including Linux servers, cloud services (AWS, Azure), and network security protocols.
- Deep knowledge of web development practices with expertise in REST APIs, application development frameworks, and front-end technologies.
- Familiarity with design patterns, system architecture for scalable systems, microservices architecture, and API design standards.
- Experience working within Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban to facilitate iterative development cycles.
- Knowledge of database management systems including MySQL and SQL Server for data storage and retrieval optimization.
- Hands-on experience with version control systems like GitHub and SVN to ensure code integrity across projects.
- Understanding of software engineering best practices including scalability considerations, security (RBAC), and performance tuning.

Pay: $78,415.46 - $125,317.54 per year
