The Opportunity. We are seeking Lead Technicians/Crew Chiefs who have great communication skills, high ethical standards, are coachable, hardworking, and looking to build a career. Hourly rate $23-$28 depending on experience with bonus potential and 90-day probationary period. You will work 4 day/10 hour shifts so you have longer weekends. Take the company van home with you each night. You will get IICRC certified, then a 5% automatic increase. 401(k) available after 6-months.
Responsibilities include:
- Performing water and mold remediation services to All Dry Services corporate standards.
- Performing demolition tasks, such as drywall removal, ceiling removal, cabinetry and flooring removal, etc.
- Communicating effectively with customers to explain the job process and status updates.
- Inputting data for the estimating process.
- Adhering to and enforcing health and safety requirements (OSHA, PPE, fall protection, etc.)
- Maintaining a clean, fully stocked, technician truck.
- Maintaining a strict professional appearance. Uniforms to be provided.
- Collaborating with Marketing Representative and franchisee owner to develop company strategies.
Minimum requirements:
- Clean driving record
- Able to pass background check
- Open to work on-call rotation to respond to 24/7 restoration calls
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Able to lift 70 lbs. or 100 lbs. (with help)
- Organized, efficient, energetic, trustworthy, and reliable
- Able to deliver outstanding customer service
- Be comfortable with learning new technology
- Be comfortable with basic math related to our industry
