**Job Overview:**
Incentives: $100 bonus payment on your 10th cleaning job.
As a Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in our rental properties.
**Responsibilities:**
- Perform cleaning tasks such as dusting, mopping, sweeping, and vacuuming
- Sanitize and clean restrooms, kitchens, and common areas
- Empty trash receptacles and ensure proper waste disposal
- Restock supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, and soap
- Notify management of any damages or repairs needed
- Follow cleaning schedules and procedures

**Skills:**
- Attention to detail to ensure thorough cleaning
- Time management skills to complete tasks efficiently
- Physical stamina for standing, bending, and lifting during the shift
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment is a plus

Pay: $15/hour (Same-Day Pay within 12 hours)
Hours: Usually 11:00 AM - 4:00 PM (hours may vary, could be more or less hours depending on workload that day)
We are currently looking for reliable and hardworking cleaners to help clean short-term rental properties in the Arlington and Fort Worth area.
- Job Details:
- Pay: $15 per hour - Paid SAME DAY
- Typical schedule: 11 AM - 4 PM
- Some days may have more or fewer hours, so flexibility is important. Cleanings are on-call and you are usually scheduled last minute (12 hours prior).
- You will be cleaning rental properties
- You will NOT clean alone, you will always have a cleaning partner until you can independently do a property yourself (After 3 cleans approximately)
- We currently have 5 properties that need regular cleaning.
Requirements:
- Must have reliable transportation (a car) since you are required to drive from one property to another.
- Must be able to follow instructions and a cleaning checklist
- Must have a clean background
- Must have a Valid ID
Important:
- All cleaning supplies are provided at the property.
- You do NOT need to bring anything with you to the cleans.
Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
