About the Role
As a Warehouse Logistics and Fulfillment Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring our inventory is prepared for customer success. You will manage the flow of goods, from unloading shipments to final quality inspections, ensuring every item meets our high standards for delivery.
Responsibilities-
Efficiently unload incoming freight and organize inventory within designated storage zones.

Perform detailed assembly and preparation of furniture and mattresses to ensure product readiness.

Execute quality control checks on all items to maintain high customer satisfaction levels.

Manage the repackaging of returned or repaired items to ensure they are shelf-ready.

Facilitate a seamless customer pickup experience by inspecting, loading, and verifying merchandise.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment to optimize operational flow.

Utilize manual material handling equipment, such as two-wheel dollies, to transport heavy items safely.

Proven experience in shipping, receiving, or general warehouse operations.

Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs.

Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

Demonstrated ability to follow precise instructions and meet operational goals.

Capability to work in varied warehouse climate conditions.

Prior experience as a material handler or in distribution logistics.
