Job Overview
We are a new specialty cafe with one main mission: introducing what good coffee means to us to the people around us. We are built around intentional craft and creating experiences that introduce people to coffee in ways they haven't encountered before. We're looking for someone who wants to be part of that mission from the ground up.
This is a bar-forward role. You'll be making drinks, learning our menu, supporting pour over service, and keeping the space running at a high level through busy rushes and slower windows alike.
What You'll Do
- Prepare and serve espresso-based drinks, matcha, and specialty beverages to our standards
- Engage with customers warmly and guide them through our menu and single origin pour over program
- Support pour over service including setup, brewing, and presentation
- Maintain bar cleanliness, organization, and readiness throughout your shift
- Follow opening and closing procedures accurately and consistently
- Communicate clearly with your team during rushes and slow windows alike
- Handle cash and POS transactions accurately
- Restock and rotate inventory as needed

- Prior café or food and beverage experience is preferred but not required. We care more about your work ethic, attitude, and reliability than your resume. We will train the right person.
