ESTA Corporation is seeking an experienced Senior Teamcenter Solution Architect to lead the design, implementation, and delivery of enterprise Siemens Teamcenter Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) solutions.
In this role, you will serve as the primary technical leader for customer engagements, translating business requirements into scalable Teamcenter solutions while guiding implementation teams throughout the project lifecycle. You will work directly with customer stakeholders, project managers, developers, and technical architects to ensure solutions are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with enterprise architecture standards and Siemens best practices.
This position is ideal for an experienced Teamcenter professional who enjoys leading technical teams, solving complex business challenges, and designing enterprise PLM solutions that enable digital transformation.
Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture and design of enterprise Siemens Teamcenter solutions.
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical architectures and implementation strategies.
- Lead customer workshops, solution design sessions, and technical planning meetings.
- Define Teamcenter data models, workflows, security, organization structures, and configuration strategies using BMIDE.
- Design enterprise integrations between Teamcenter and systems such as Siemens NX, ERP, MES, ALM, and other engineering applications.
- Lead technical implementation teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Review technical designs, customizations, and integrations to ensure quality and consistency.
- Support Teamcenter upgrades, migrations, and modernization initiatives.
- Identify technical risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Mentor Teamcenter Technical Architects and developers while promoting implementation best practices.
- Support proposal development, technical estimating, and customer presentations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years of Siemens Teamcenter implementation experience.
- Experience serving as a technical lead or solution architect on enterprise Teamcenter implementations.
- Strong experience with BMIDE, Active Workspace, Teamcenter Administration, and Workflow configuration.
- Experience with Teamcenter ITK, SOA, REST APIs, and enterprise integrations.
- Experience designing scalable Teamcenter architectures and implementation strategies.
- Strong leadership, communication, and customer engagement skills.
- Ability to manage multiple technical workstreams simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Teamcenter 2412 and Teamcenter X.
- Experience integrating Teamcenter with Siemens NX, Cameo, SAP, Polarion, or other enterprise engineering systems.
- Experience supporting Department of Defense or Federal Government customers.
- Experience with Oracle, SQL Server, Linux, Windows Server, and Azure DevOps.
- Active Secret Security Clearance or the ability to obtain one.

Pay: $130,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
