Kris Kohlman Property Management, LLC-KKPM, LLC- Seeking Maintenance/Repair Manager. Properties managed are in Sauk City, Prairie du Sac, Mazomanie, Baraboo, and Dane. Essential duties include but are not limited to:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs in apartment homes and common areas.
- Experience in apartment, residential or general maintenance
- Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and appliance repair, to be able to coordinate repair with licensed vendors.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities and deadlines.
- Positive attitude and commitment to resident satisfaction.
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift, carry and move maintenance equipment and materials.
- This position requires being on call to respond to after-hours maintenance emergencies.
- Personal Tools it is expected that all maintenance technicians will furnish their own basic tools, except for any specialty tools.
- Transportation is provided.
Rate of pay and hours offered are subject to experience.
Pay: $25.44 - $35.00 per hour
