KMC Cleaners is Looking for Several Part-Time Cleaners to Clean School Classrooms.
Empty Trash, Wipe Down Desktops, Sweep, Vacuum, Mop, Spraying Disinfectant, and Cleaning Restrooms.
We'll provide training, growth potential, and benefits.
HOURS: Monday through Friday— (3:30 to 7:00 pm)
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Work well independently and as a team
- Follow the assigned cleaning schedule
- Wipe down tables, desktops, and touchpoints
- Vacuum carpet in classrooms
- Empty trash & recycling containers in each classroom, replacing liners as needed.
- Sweep & mop hard surface floors
- Clean restrooms & re-stock supplies
- Spray disinfectant
- Manage the dumpster and the janitor closet
- Lock all doors and set the alarm
PERSONAL ACCOUNTABILITY:
- Reliable and on time for work is a MUST.
- Provide your reliable transportation to job sites
- Wear a company uniform and have a clean, neat appearance
- Communicate with the crew chief, co-workers, and owner.
- Attention to detail, following directions, and safety guidelines
- Correctly and promptly execute work to the best of your ability
- Honesty, trustworthiness, and integrity
- Behave in a professional, respectful manner
- No Micromanagement is Needed!
JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
- Must be able to walk and vacuum large areas, 15,000 sq. ft
- Ability to push, pull, carry, and lift 70 lbs.
JOB POSITION OFFERS:
- 21.00 to 21.50 Per Hour
