What You will Do
- Create Amazing Patient Experiences
- Welcome patients with warmth and professionalism
- Help patients feel comfortable and cared for
- Check patients in and out
- Assist patients with scheduling and questions
- Support a positive clinic atmosphere
Help Keep the Clinic Running Smoothly
- Answer phones and text messages
- Schedule appointments
- Confirm upcoming visits
- Collect payments
- Manage memberships and promotions
- Assist with inventory and retail products
- Maintain organization throughout the clinic
Support Growth and Marketing
- Assist with social media content
- Help organize events and promotions
- Encourage patient reviews
- Support community outreach efforts
- Contribute ideas that help the business grow
