Job Overview
We are seeking dedicated and knowledgeable Construction Safety Professionals to join our team servicing construction clients on a Lebanon, IN project.
These roles are essential in ensuring compliance with workplace safety standards and regulations. Incumbents will be responsible for following, implementing and maintaining health and safety programs that promote a safe working environment. Ideal candidates will have an extensive background in construction health and safety regulations, and training development.

Bilingual skills are a plus.
Duties
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and other local regulatory standards, along with client safety policies and procedures.
- Deliver training programs and materials on EHS policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Perform root cause analysis for incidents and near misses to identify underlying issues and recommend corrective actions.
- Collaborate with client to foster a culture of safety within the organization and on the job site.
- Maintain accurate records of safety inspections, incidents, and training sessions.
- Provide first aid support as needed and ensure that first aid and PPE supplies are adequately stocked.
Required Experience and Certifications
- Proven and verifiable experience in construction safety roles or related fields (8 years minimum).
- BCSP certificate holder or safety degree holder (preferred).
- OSHA-510, OSHA-500 certificate holder (preferred).
- Strong understanding of OSHA regulations, EPA guidelines, and occupational health principles.
- Experience in delivering training on related EHS topics.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage employees at all levels regarding safety practices.
- Certification in first aid/CPR (preferred).
- Willingness to retrain on client required certifications (i.e. OSH-30 certificate).
- Ability to pass 10-panel drug screen.
- Ability to pass background check.

Job Type: Contract
Pay: $120,000.00 - $165,000.00 per year
