Responsibilities:
- 4 years minimum experience installing underground sewer piping, top out, hot & cold plumbing systems and fixtures in commercial buildings
- Not service and repair work
- Collaborate with contractors, architects, and other construction professionals to plan plumbing installations
- Follow building codes and safety regulations in all plumbing work
- Use hand and power tools to complete plumbing tasks
- Test plumbing systems for leaks and ensure proper function
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of experience as a lead plumber or foreman
- Strong knowledge of plumbing codes and regulations
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings and do plumbing layout and installations
- Proficient in using, and has own plumbing tools, power tools and equipment
- Have own truck and tools, ready to work
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor and work in various weather conditions
Skills:
- Procore: Experience using Procore software for project scheduling and management.
- Quality control: Understanding of quality control processes to ensure the highest standards of workmanship.
- Manage: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring deadlines are met.
- Schematics: Ability to read and interpret plumbing schematics and technical drawings.
- OSHA: Knowledge of Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) regulations to maintain a safe working environment. OSHA10 Certified.
Travel:
-Willing to travel to various job sites around San Diego County, Riverside County, San Bernardino County, and Orange County.
Pay:
-TBD, based on experience.
