Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Floor Manager to lead our dynamic food service team in delivering exceptional customer experiences. Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day floor operations to ensure smooth workflow and high service standards
- Lead, train, and support staff to deliver excellent customer service
- Monitor performance, provide feedback, and assist with scheduling and staffing levels
- Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally
- Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized environment
- Collaborate with management on operational improvements and sales strategies
- Ensure company policies and procedures are followed consistently
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with relevant teams when replenishment is needed
Experience
- Proven management experience in a quick service or fast food restaurant environment with a focus on food preparation and customer service.
- Demonstrated supervising experience within hospitality or restaurant management roles.
- Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role (Floor Manager, Team Lead, Supervisor, etc.)
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure
- Excellent customer service mindset
- Solid organizational and multitasking abilities
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
