We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be helping out accounting department and also be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service and support. Your ability to communicate effectively and analyze customer needs will be crucial in ensuring a positive experience for all customers. Duties
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Analyze customer issues and provide effective solutions while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Perform data entry tasks to ensure customer information is accurately recorded in the system.
- Conduct outbound calling as necessary to follow up on customer inquiries or feedback.
- Complete various office related task to help out our support staff
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company policies, procedures, and product offerings.
Skills
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey information clearly.
- Proficiency in data entry with attention to detail for accurate record-keeping.
- Experience in client services or call center environments is preferred.
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions effectively.
- Familiarity with computerized systems and software used for customer support functions.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong interpersonal skills.
- Accounting background is a strong plus

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
