Multi-Site Community Manager

About the Role
We're seeking an experienced Multi-Site Community Manager to oversee daily operations across a portfolio of 90+ residential units in San Diego, CA. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at team management, and is committed to delivering an exceptional resident experience across multiple properties.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations, leasing, and maintenance coordination across multiple sites
- Manage, train, and support on-site leasing and maintenance staff
- Drive occupancy and renewal goals through effective leasing strategy and resident retention efforts
- Prepare and manage property budgets; monitor expenses and variance reporting
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and all applicable state/local regulations
- Conduct regular property inspections to maintain curb appeal and safety standards
- Handle escalated resident concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Review and approve invoices, work orders, and vendor contracts
- Prepare monthly owner/management reports on occupancy, delinquency, and property performance
- Collaborate with maintenance teams to prioritize and track work orders across sites
- Travel regularly between properties within the portfolio
Qualifications
- 5+ years of community manager management experience, including multi-site oversight preferred
- Strong knowledge of California landlord-tenant law and Fair Housing regulations
- Proficiency with Yardi and Rent Cafe property management software
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities across multiple locations
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel between sites
- CAM, CAPS, or similar industry certification a plus

Pay: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour
