Duties
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to target healthcare facilities and medical professionals.
- Develop new referral sources while building and maintaining consistent growth within existing accounts.
- Manage key accounts by providing exceptional customer service, addressing client needs, and fostering long-term partnerships.
- Provide technical sales support by explaining complex product specifications clearly and effectively.
- Lead outside sales efforts through regular visits to clients’ locations, ensuring consistent engagement and follow-up.
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B (business-to-business) sales, particularly within the medical or pharmaceutical sectors.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals effectively.
- Excellent communication skills to clearly articulate technical product details and value propositions.
- Demonstrated ability in account management, maintaining positive relationships with healthcare clients.
- Knowledge of medical sales processes, including product demos, technical sales approaches, and customer service excellence.
- Organizational skills to manage multiple accounts efficiently while meeting sales targets.
- Leadership qualities that inspire confidence in clients and motivate team collaboration.
- Outside sales experience with a focus on medical or pharmaceutical equipment is highly desirable.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
