Bayonet Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning has an opening for an HVAC estimating Department Manager. This individual will oversee a 15-person residential HVAC department. This candidate will need high acumen in Wrightsoft,and Wrightdraw, Energy Calculations and Residential Duct Design.
Responsibilities:

Oversee HVAC estimating team

Receive and review blueprints from clients

Prepare bids for new work
Required Skills/Abilities:

Extensive personnel management and job duty assignment

Task scheduling experience

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Proficient skills in Microsoft Excel

Ability to read blueprints and interpret the HVAC requirements

Understanding of HVAC installation in residential new construction homes
